AzoospermiaTtreatment for Dr Mahfooz
Hi Dr MahfoozI am married and no childrens and trying for last 4 years.
After lab test they have found that I have zero sperm count and on further investigation they have found that LH and FSH level is fine.
Different Doctor has different opinion on this some think there is obstruction and some think it is because of early age mumps. I had mumps in the age of 9.
I am 33 years old.
Result of sperm count as below

Sex life is normal no problems, all test for my wife is clear.
can you suggest if this problem is treatable or not. If yes what medicine I can take.
