erectile dyfunction

I am 52 years old. During 2008 hernia operation in the right side was done. After that some pain was there in the abdomen and erection was very much reduced.
I thought that it will be O.k after some time. But after a year still the pain was there. I have consulted urologist and after lot of antibiotics he told that there was no infection, and recommended erectile medicenes like tablet tazzle. The problem was o k if I take the medicene. I am not interested in allopathy medicene.
Then I have consulted a homeopathy doctor. He has given me medicenes for six months. around 40% improved while taking medicenes. Then I have stopped the medicenes.
Now there is no erecton at all. Kindly advise me homeopathy permenent cure for my problem.

My history

I have hypothyroid, and taking eltroxin tablets for the past 15 years.

At the age of 18 vericocele operation was done for the left testicle.

At the age of 20 Hydrocele operation was done for my right testicle.

No Blood pressure, no sugar problem. I am always active.

I don't have anxiety. only after the hernia operation I am facing the problem.

My wife is aged 42. Her utres was removed due to problem before 10 years.

I don't have bad habits.
I was not suffered by TB/typhoid. No obbesity

My weight is 53 kgs.
