Problem of Urination

I am a 37 yrs male and having a problem of frequent urination and when i take a lot of water or tea the urgency increases and I have to go to toilet for like after every 15 minutes and each time when I pass urine, I do not get the feeling of relaxedness yet there is always a load in the lower body. I am facing this problem for many years and need help. Apart from thisI always think about the safety on each & every issue. After going to restroom for 6-7 times the urgency declines to some extent but the pressure in the bladder and feeling of a load is always there.

Plz help me ...
