The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Homeopathy is Demonic ?

Why is Homeopathy considered to be similar to witchcraft?

I have heard that the founder of Homeopathy was a 'freemason' and his views of ' Homeopathy ' might have been affected by occult practises, and i cannot imagine how they are in line with Christianity.

Although this information was present online, and i am not sure whether that is true, i would like to please know your thoughts on Homeopathy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
How are they not in line with Christianity? In what way do the principles of our medicine conflict with that religion (or any religion for that matter)? What is demonic, and how is this connected to homoeopathy? What is occult, and how do you think this is connected to homoeopathy?

Homoeopathy is based on the older Greek philosophy of medicine. It is built upon strong scientific principles which are repeatable in a clinical situation and do not depend on any special 'powers' of the practitioner. Anyone can use it, and while it takes skill to use it properly, a child could pick up a remedy and cure someone with it (albeit purely by luck).

This website directly discusses your question.

I have no idea as to whether Hahnemann was a Freemason.

I know of at least one Freemason who is also practising Catholic.

I do not consider homeopathy to have any religious connotations.

You may find this book of some value in answering your question:

A Christian's Guide to Homoeopathy by Alan Crook.
