pain in heel
I am feeling pain in left heel since last 1-2 months. Required details are as under :1) i am feeling this pain especially in morning after getting up from bed. However, during the day also whenever i get up from sitting position I feel terrible pain for half a minute or so (for few steps).
2)I feel this pain on outer side of of my left heel.
3) I normally go to sleep at about 11.30 and gets up at about 8 in the morning.
4) My nature is submissive type and dont take tension to head.
5) I like sweet food.
6) I am 61 years of age - retired after Bank job of 40 years.
7) By god's grace, as of now I am not suffering from any disease, like diabetes, blood pressure, etc.
8) I am allergic to Sulpha (allopathic med.)
9) I have not yet taken any homeopathic medicine.
please help me.

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 5 days (only 3 doses in 5 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
If there is no substantial relief please take Rhus Tox 200 in the same way and report back after another 5 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
