please suggest a remedy
my sister is 16 years old.she has brown skin color.she is tall and lean.she feel severe pain andvominting during menses.she is very miserable during menses.the blood is dark and scanty in menses.also she feel headache during the day.she also has acne probem
white and black heads and oily skin.fast heatbeet.her pores are closed on her cheeks whats the reasone of this problem.

Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily will help your sister.
It will help to ease the severe pain she feels during her menses and her flow.
It will also help her acne.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
She can taper off the dose to just once nightly when she is OK but she can take it twice during her periods.
You may also like to take it yourself nightly and observe how it increases your sleeping pattern with more restful sleep.
It is perfectly safe to be used on a daily basis as I have taken it for the last 16 years in this manner.
