tall, thin,shoulders are a little bit bows,skin coulr is fair.
my problem is weakness.dont wish to do anything not intreasted in anything i feel bore most of the time.dont know what to do
i also dont get weight my breat size is very small by appearance i look like a patient.
mind symptoms
i get easily upset.
inferiorty complex.low confidence,i tired easily.
no wish to do anything.i am very imothional.very careless.i always think i am very unfortunate if anything goes happen againts my wishes.no love and care for life some times i want to weep with heartly.althou i dont have any major problem problem in my life i cant dealt with easily little problem.i feel low selfesttem

dr said its normal
T3 1.3 ng/ml
T4 12.O ug/dl
TSH 4.2 ulu/ml
my heartbeat usualy is fast
other problem
white spot on nail,tendency to constipation,scalp is dry and hairfalling.tast bitter in the morning.hunger just normal.
often i wish to eat spicy items like biryani,chiken,pani puri chips.
in winter seasone my whole body gets two much cold it gets blue and eveybody avoid to touch me.even in summer i dont get completly warmth my hands and feet feel cold.also dryness on my skin.
female symptoms
during menses i feel so miserable i feel too much weakness.sadness,i cant walk ,blood is thick,black cloths and scanty.
also i have white coated tongue always.
the most weak area of my body is my shoulder i often feel mild pain in my shoulders.
in summer i have to face short breath problem when the sunshine is too strong but in cloudy season i feel batter in summer.
i cannot digest egg i feel pain after eating.i prefer winter seasone then summer.
