Persistent Cough

Hello,
My daughter is 8+ years old and is having acute cough since a week. The doctor has given antibiotic and anti histamin but with no relief.Initially she had low fever sometimes but yesterday evening she again had 104 fever. She is coughing too badly both during day and night time. I gave her cough suppressent also with no relief.
Please help

In addition to Dr. R P Tamhankar's prescription, I would suggest to be watchful about food.

Milk is frequently the cause. Please stop all diary products including Ghee.

No fruits, yogurt. Give toasted bread and everything that is easy to digest...
