Dr. Nawaz, I need your help.
Hi, Doctor! I need your help again!My brother is 34 years old and he is sick. I found a remedy for his psychological and physical state and this is Kali iodatum. But I need one more remedy for his acute condition.
Suddenly he gets panic attacks due to difficulty breathing, palpitations, and intense feelings of both anxiety and helplessness, a harrowing experience related to his health, and can not handle this condition. He also has obsessive thoughts as he has a problem with his health, for ex., heart problems. He has had several cardiac assessment as showed that he has no problem but still thought that he was a sick heart. After that he usually find something else.
Because he is physically strong and flexible(involved in sports) and has strong self-confidence, he is ashamed about his thoughts and behavior. But can´t cope with his condition.
As a remedy for his acute condition, I found Arnica and Syphilinum, but not sure.
I need your advice, what would I do? Thanks so much for advance.

6. Height - 166 cm.
7. country - Azerbaijan
8. climate - subtropical.
9. List of your complaints - constipation, aches and pains in stomach, and disorders of the liver, and disordered stomach, cold or sore throat, often sores in the mouth and tongue, rheumatic pains in the legs (all as above over 10 year). He has problems with his nose. When he was 15 years, he trained boxing. In the training received a strong blow to the nose and the nose was broken. He had surgery in the nose. I don´t now is the reason that, or no, since then almost he can´t breathe through nose.
The nose is very sensitive,
thick, yellow-green, copious discharge from the nose.
He has a very strong degree of irritability, cruelty and harsh temper. He is harsh with his family and with his children,but he is very caring about his family, and reliable, care for his loved ones. He selflessly devoted to his family and children.
He is active, working hard, the inducement to help many people. The character is a strong and solid, cheerful, friendly, talkative and witty. He is sociable and attract people with his sense of humor.
Now he is patiently towards his family, because the nerves are weak. He is afraid to get panic attacks.

He loves being in nature.

Finally, they divorsed after 3 months. In second marriages are almost the same thing, was a lot of quarrel because of suspicion, for no reason. But now, it's quiet and they have three children and live in peace. He's really hard to believe people and he is always suspicious.
