Hi Dr.Kadwa
i hope you will be fine and healthy.
i was very ill in these last 2 weeks due to flu,fever and sore throat and nasal congestion and cough so thats why i was unable to reply.
So i did not use AMMONIA CARB30.
But now i have recovered from fever and sore throat and i have taken antibiotic and cough syrup as prescribed by alopathic doctor for fever and sore throat.
But my nasal congestion is becoming severe and ENT doctor advise surgery for nasal open.
PLZ prescribe for this NASAL problem particularly because i feel severe difficulty in BREATHING especially at bed time and for the time being i am using NASAL spray for temporary relief.
SIR is it possible to complete cure of my nasal congestion by Homeopathy?????? because i am very worried from operation.
i am Feeling improvement in Constipation 60-70% and in GASTRIC PROBLEM 50% HEADACHE is 70-80% improved.
But no improvement in white mucus coming from back of mouth and throat which has increased during these 2 weeks.

Please take Ammonium Carb 30 in the morning and evening for 7 days and report back.
One dose means one drop or 2 pills.

i have taken Ammonia Carb30 as u prescribed.
( But sir my LEFT nostril has no changed and RIGHT nostril also blocked but it sometimes open ).
LEFT NOSTRIL: is permanently blocked from 3 to 4 years and ENT doctor says that it will only cure by operation because bone and some meat has increased in left nostril.and this left side is also not opened with nasal sprays and Steam.
RIGHT NOSTRIL: doctor advised Steam taking and nasal sprays.
I pass night with very difficulty and take breath with mouth.
I have a history of SINUSITUS but according to ENT doctor sinusitis is clear now.
1-Persistent LOSS OF SMELL power.
2-HEADACHE is again starts.
3-Mucus secretion from back of mouth is also very much INCREASED and i all the day have feeling of mucus in throat split out with pressure.
4-CONSTIPATION is going ok BUT sir stool comes in very long pieces.
Sir plz... do speacial something because i am in very much difficulty in taking breath.i am exactly taking medicine as u prescribed and not taking any other alopathic medicine. MY WHOLE CONCENTRATION is on your TREATMENT to me.

But sir i want to discuss that one my relative homeopathic suggest me LEMNA MINOR and TEUCRIUM MARUM for my nasal problem.
BUT sir i will take medicine as u prescribe.And i will not take above medicine until YOU prescribed.

lemna minor and teucrium are good remedies. But one should take these remedies one by one. We will line them up behind kali nit, if kali nit fails to work.

i have used medicine Sulphur200 and kali nitricum30.
Sir i am not feeling any change in nasal congestion i pass night with very difficulty.
Left Nostril is permanently closed no difference.
Right Nostril is also closed but a few times i feel that it open but it again closed after sometime.
Also sneezing coming.
Sir i have visited to ENT specialist doctor says to me that i have DNS(deviated nasal septum) and Inferior Turbinate problem and suggest Septopalsty and Turbinate surgery.
OTHER SYMPTOMS:.......

Sir for the time being PLZ also treat my another raised.
SKIN PROBLEM;
Sir from one week i have red rashes on inner Thighs part this is specifically the area between and around my penis and anus but no rashes on anus or penis.(on both inner thighs very upper inner thighs).
i most of the day feel NEED OF RUBBING on these rashes which is painful for me.
Sir i think rashes size are increasing with the passage of time.
OTHER SYMPTOMS;
Affected skin area is REDISH and is looking dry and have whitish scalp on it.
Rashes size is almost 2 inch circular.
Sir i also sometimes feel need of rubbing on other body parts .
And sir my thighs are not intersect each other.so i dont know why this happen.
Sir if u want other information i will send u.

Please take a single dose of Sulphur 200 and see how skin responds in next 10 days.
