56 year old Male.1) intense itching of scrotum and between scrotum and thighs.
2) Incontinence at night.
3) Dreams of urination.
4a) Introvert.hates and is afraid to be alone.
4b) Afraid of the Dark.
5a) Imagines there is someone behind.
5b) Lacks self confidence.
6) Loss of urge to urinate.
7) Least exertion causes lots of persperatiion.
8) Persperation has a strong sour odour.
9) Ingrowing toe nails of both toes. Nails of fingers and toes brittle.

I tried lyco 1M on myself about 1 1/2 years back. Then I tried merc sol. I had read the symptoms in a book and tried it.
About mental symptoms:-
I worrry a lot over trivial things.Tensed a lot. Lack of confidence.Most of the things I have already written.
itching of scrotum mostly towards late evening and night. Scratching aggravates.

today is the 20th. till date there is no relief from the itching.One thing has improved, the bad odor from my perspiration has slightly reduced.
One thing I had missed in telling you, I take cold very easily. The attack of cold takes long to heal.I constantly have the tendency to dig my nose, from which I remove crusts and gum like matter.I had removed my tonsils when I was 17 Years old.They constantly got infected.
In the winters my palms and feet turned dry and the skin cracked,sometimes with blood, which is painful.
I also suffer from acidity,quite often.

Hi Mr. Nawaz,
Today is the 24th. As of yesterday I had finished taking Causticum 200C.
On the itching of scrotum, it has slightly reduced.I don`t get those frequent bouts of itching.It still itches, though, with the same ferocity.
My bed wetting is not frequent.it comes on about once a month.sometimes twice.As far as bedwetting, so far nothing. But my dreams are vivid.Last night I dreamt of kicking someone in a fight, and I was actually kicking, when I got up, and my wife asked me who I was kicking,I did not know.
My nose tickles a bit and I am constantly digging into my nose as crusts are constantly forming towards the inside of my nose.I have one or two sneezes at a time,every three to four hours.

the response is that so far no change in my symptoms.The itching is slightly reduced but the ferocity is the same.
my perspiration odor has also significantly reduced.
so far no bedwetting.But the bedwetting comes about once a month or once in two months, and it comes suddenly.
