Very frequent urination pressure to left kidney

Can someone please give me some suggestions..I have had very frequent urination for 17 days.. I could barely make it to the bathroom and I get extreme pressure in my left kidney and pain in the small of my back. I went to hospital and there was no sign of kidney or uti infection. The CT scan shows multiple stones and one stone 4MM in the pole of left kidney. What could possibly causing me this problem it is diffiult to work and sometimes the pressure pain in unbearable. I also have a mild pain in my left groin area. Is this a kidney stone issue, UTI which is undetected? Please help , please advise... Thank you.
