Heart failure

My mother is in the final stages of heart failure and I am desperate for anything. Currently we are using spongia 30 5 drops daily.
We have been told to use Naturmur under the tongue and dissolve my question is is there any harm in using both of them together.

Thank u

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try Aconite,Crategius,Apocynum according to the symptoms. If acute stage persist like breathlessness, cyanosis etc,You can start with Aconite with frequent doses. If her condition is improving, then start cratagius and apocynum Q.

Please give Crataegus Q, 6 drops and Cactus Q, 4 drops alternately, every 1 hour.

After giving Crataegus Q, please wait of 1 hour and then give Cactus Q. Then after 1 hour go back to Crataegus and keep repeating this throughtout the day. You can put the medicine in 10ml of water and ask her to drink the water.

With this you should see noticable improvement in a few days.

You should follow up with Arnica 30 and Spigelia 30, both in wet doses, alternately.

If you want to stick to Natrum Mur only, yes, you can do that. Please give a 30 minutes to 1 hour gap between Spongia and Natrum Mur.
