4 year old daughter viral fever with cold

Dear all,
My 4 year old daughter is suffering from fever, running nose, cough and sneezing since 4 days. Allopathic doctors diagnosed it as Viral Fever and has given antibiotic+ibuprofen. But fever subsides when given ibuprofen and comes again afetr 5-6 hours. Cold has not reduced. Her appetite has also gone. She is not eating. She prefers lot of water. I gave her Rhustox 1m - single dose and repeatedly gave ferrum phos 12x hourly(as suggested in this forum). Fever is reduced now. Only today evening her forehead was little warm. But cold is not reduced. 20 days back, a blood test was done to her and Eosinophil count was found high. Kindly suggest her medicines and also for permanent cure regarding Eosinophil count reduction. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi once again,
One thing more...today we had blood test to my daughter. Everything was normal...i.e...no Malaria, no Typhoid, No Dengue and no urinary infection. But, hemoglobin percentage is reduced to 6.6%. Doctor told us that this may be due to any type of infection or nutrition problem. Please somebody tell me ... some medicine for my daughter
