Adenoids

Is complete cure for Adenoids possible through Homeopathy? My brother is 11 years old and has been diagnosed with adenoids. Doctor has suggested him surgery for the removal of adenoids but I do not want him to go under the knife at this age. His case is not very serious and we can seldom see him with blocked nose and with inability to breath. his problem starts when he puts something in his mouth to eat....his right nostril completely blocks and he has to repeatedly blow the nose forcibly till the time he finishes his food. He seldom snores but his tone is a bit nasal and sounds congested. Also ios this problem related to age? I mean will it go away naturally with growth? His growth and height is absolutely normal. Just for your information, he takes baryta carb 30 for height as suggested by a homeopath and also we have treated him with Kali bich 200 in the past with no visible improvements for the adenoids.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may give him 5 doses of calc carb 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see whether it helps him in next 10 days.

As calc carb doesn't follow baryta carb well, you should give him a single dose of nux vomica 30 and give calc carb 200 after 3 days of giving nux.

Later if calc carb doesn't help calc phos 200 may be tried in the same way.

Agraphis Nutans 6x or Q may also be given him daily in the morning and evening for 10 days and his response be monitored. Agraphis and other remedies like calc carb or calc phos shouldn't be given on the same day.

Thank you so much Kadwa for your reply. i went to the market to get Agraphis Nutans but I could get only Agraphis Nutans 200 not 6X. I am in a fix what to do. I found the other medicines as you said. If you could please clarify. Thanks again.

You may give him Agraphis Nutans 200 once in every 3 days and see how it affects after 7 days. Please keep a gap of 2 days between Agraphis 200 and other remedies too.

Thanks Dr.Kadwa. I have given him the first dose of Agraphis Nutans 200 and I think things are working. I observed that he could eat a lot freely without blowing his nose all the time and he is also feeling the difference himself. I think I should continue with this remedy as you suggested. The remedy has really worked like a magic! If he feels much better with 2nd and 3rd dose then can you please tell me how long do I have to continue giving the medicine to him. I believe he will get cured with this remedy. i will wait for your reply. Thanks again.

You should stop after three doses. You should repeat the set of three doses whenever there is a significant relapse in his symptoms. If he shows improvement under the influence of the first set of three doses, there is no need to repeat the remedy unnecessarily.
