Symptom - distant from oneself

Seperation from oneself. That is my problem. That is what happened when I got BDD while doing a huge task. When I got BDD at full force. Like I have gotten when I took the scorpio I dont feel in touch with anything. Distant from everything and cannot even identify with myself. Not feel anything.

Is syphilinum the only remedy with this symptom or not?

I dont know whether I am syphilitic miasm or not. Remedies of that miasm always worked well and gave some peace but do I feel hopeless? I dont know.
