Need Help (Dr. Mehfooz Sb)
Salaam Dr. Mehfooz Sb,I hope you are in best of health.
My name is Ahsun and I m from Madinah Munawarah. I am 26 years of age, unmarried. Sir I have read alot of your posts on this forum and I really appreciate the way you are helping the patients here. Sir, I have a few sexual related problems.
1. Pre-cum emission when I talk to my fiance at night. This problem got worse when I went out with her to have dinenr once. while we were holding each others hand i felt wet in my pants. i was leaking so much precum that all my underwear was wet and if i were not wearing a black jeans everyone was able to see me wet.
2. Poor Erections.
3. Premature Ejaculation.
4. Constipation.
5. Hair fall.
6. Nervous exhuastion, profound weakness
7.Depression of spirit.
8. Severe burning in urination
.
I m getting married within 3 months Insha'Allah.
Kindly help me cure these problems.
