Breastfeeding and Nat phos 6

hi all

I want to lose my pregnancy weight.
I breastfeed my baby and want to knw if Nat phos 6 is safe to take while breastfeeding. will it cause harm to my milk supply wil it have any effect on my baby.

I recently started giving Nat Phos 6 - half tab to my 3 month baby 3 times a day

sorry for late reply.
i need to lose 7kg i am breastfeeding and losing weight slowly. can i take nat phos to help speed it up. i am currently giving my 3 month baby for reflux.

not really - just tired guess it is normal for new mums. sometimes little things worry me and i just like to get it out d way otherwise i'm fine just normal stresses and lack of sleep
body pain
yes - but i also think this is due to no rest and lack of slp

it's normal i get constipation every so often and i strain while passing bowels but i'm ok otherwise

You may take Natrum Phos 6x for few days (3-4 days) and see how it affects your bowel movements and other symptoms. It is not expected to cause any harm to your milk supply.
