I have taken a dose of Lyco 200.
on 13 Dec 2011.I am feeling better.but constipation,and insomania, acidity is comming up again as now winter session is going on.But in summer season i will be more discomfort due to hot weather which i can not tolerate.eventhough winter is also but can manage it.
Main problem Gas formation i pass gas every after 10-15minutes even in night continuousfor which i have to put pressure.please suggest more.

Answer to your question is as follows:-
1. Around naval Area or as u asked under belly button-Yes
I am passing gas every 10-15 minutes day and night through anus.
2.sleep issues:-I sleep around 3am in night and gets up 9am.I used to see TV till 11pm and goes to bed and after that i took near about 1 hours or more to sleep after thinking on various issues.I dont know went i go to sleep and when i get up in morning i feel that i could not sleep as dreams were there so i am not fresh and feels worried,fear but slowly slowly after daily routine things goes better

3. i am feeling better:- general mood was slightly better than earlier means depression.
