insomnia,past trauma,not able to forget that incident

1. I am facing the problem of insomnia from last 6 months. 2.This problem starts from 9th june 2011 .one incident makes my life hell.
3. in my house ,there was a guy (servant) who works for us. one day, he was crying by sitting on stairs, when i asked him why r u crying he cried alot and then i called my mom and amma , one of my servant hold him in a drawing room. he was lying on the floor and shouted loudly, and making his face so wierd.by seeing this,i was shivering, i wasso scared.
4.then after sometime he got normal but he was telling some incident that her sister is dead and her sister came in his body. etc...... by listen dis incident i was scared and dat night i did n;t sleep and alwayz feel like may be that girl come in my body.
5.that incident remain in my mind . Actually i alway fear from spirit and i never watch horror movies. bec if i watch any movie then i think about that movie so deeply.
when this incident happened, that make life worse .i went on imaginory life. i got depressed,.

i was taking allopathetic medicine but it does not affect.
but now i am taking homopathetic medicine.
