Breathing trouble and Body ache.

My wife has breathing trouble from last one month. She had several test and x-ray from M.B.B.S doctor and medication but she does not get any permanent relief. Even there is no problem in her any test. Then I started to give her brionia 30 and spongia 30 three times a day. She has some relief from last one week from which I started the medicine. She is far better from last one week and I thought these medicine are better than allopathic medicines. But she does not get permanent relief some times she still feel the breathing trouble. The trouble usually starts at afternoon. Her age is 28 years. When this problem starts she had cough, cold, fever pain in neck. This problem starts around 1st of November. But right now she has only slight breathing trouble specially during 1pm to 9 pm. And body ache almost every day . body ache usually starts at evening and continue till midnight. Body temperature is around 99f during body ache and in morning it is normal. What is the best medicine for body ache and breathing problem. She has no cough and neck pain right now from last two weeks. This all problem started with cold and runny nose and pain in neck on 1st of November.
