Dr.Kadwa please help
Dear Dr.KadwaI am 29 years old female troubled with severe cold, sneezing and cough along with severe skin problems at times.
Symptoms are following:
Age:29/ Female
1. Constant cough and cold on and off for many years. Sneezing and running nose in the morning. At times it would continue for 15-20 minutes. Was diagnosed with deviated septum. Dust and change in season aggravate the symptoms.
2. Hard cysts/ boils in all the covered areas like arm pits, breast, beneath the breast, pubic area etc. Its not that they are there all the time but they are recurring often. They are extremely painful. Also occasional acne on face, back and shoulders, aggrevated by hot weather. A very dry skin and face looks dull in summers. Body temp is generally high.
Remedies taken in the past: 1. myrista 30 and 200
2. Natrum Mur 30 and 200
3. sulphur 200
4. Arsenic Album 30
5. Bryonia/ kali bich/ antimonium tart/ ipecac all for cough
6. Hystaminum 30 c for allergy/ running nose and it helped a lot
Mind symptoms:
i am very outgoing and independent girl. I am having very bad temper which make me go out of control (i would say even violent coz I throw things, bang the door and keep shouting). I am extremely emotional and cry on small issues. I love my family (parents/ siblings a lot)but i feel deprived of love and affection and am a bit jealous of others getting more importance and affection. I am not determined at all and never stick to my resolutions. I am lazy and laid back and seldom involve in household chores. With my friends my personality is entirely different. I am extremely cordial to friends and outsiders but at home I am different. I love going out and enjoy good food.
Adjectives which describe me best are easily offended ,Arguing,Lazy,Arrogant, short tempered, not much sympathetic.
I dont like being consoled. Sensitive to smell. Crazy for food (thats why a bit plump) love rich food like non veg/sweets etc.
Thirst is a bit less
Hunger is normal
Sweat is less and have body odour problem
Diseases running in the family are acne/ cold/ joints pain/ tuberculosis
Menstrual symptoms:
Cycle is a bit long but regular (33-35 days cycle). Periods last for 5-6 days. No discomfort except sometimes cramps in legs. Flow is normal red with some clots
I shall be thankful to you for advising me a proper treatment.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Sepia 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I took sepia on 10th and 11th. You told me to report after 15 days but I need your help in following problems:
14 th night - vomitted all that i ate
15th - loose motions , watery with Jhaag yellowish smelly types (4-5 times ) , at night vomitted. ate nothing
16th - loose motions , watery with Jhaag yellowish smelly types. Lot of weekness. No pain as such
No medicine taken as I thought it might negate the ffects of sepia. Please advise what to do

Just wanted tp update you on a new problem which i got to know in my annual health check up. I have been diagnosed with mild pcos on the right ovary.
On the other side sneezing problem has reduced. In the morning there is lot of mucus in my throat n nose. Cough has also improved a lot

I dont sneeze after i wet my hands or feet , sneezing is ignorable now.

I am doing good. You have really made a lot of difference to my problems. The current scenario is as follows:
1. Sneezing is negligible
2. mucous is there coz of cold season
3. No boils etc (generally they trouble me in summers)
4. Recent development in PCOS not known.
Rest is all normal

Let us wait and watch now. Where is Dr Neil? Any contact with him? He is a great friend, philosopher and guide. We had lot of posts crossing at abc years back. i remember him whenever i see your posts. Please report after 15 days if nothing significant happens in the meantime.

This thread is of my sister and she is using my id. She told me you were asking about Dr.Niel. I am not in touch wth him but i agree he is a remerkable person. I really appreciate him from core of my heart. He helped me a lot in past. Infact I wrote a mail to him informing him about my pregnancy but i didnt get any revert from him. I just wish him long and healthy life.
Now my sisters update:
She has started getting some boils in her armpits. They are closed boils which are painful with no opening. Rest is good on othr fronts. please advise

Hope u r doing good..I did take sepia 200 single dose as instructed. Everything was fine. My sneezing problem almost over.
Now that the summers hyave started I have started having breakouts in my armpits (hard boils with no opening) and also acne on my face. The boils are painful and I m having difficulty even in raising my arms. The acne is at times black cystic and at time small pimples with pus
Also having some cough
Please advise

If that doesn't help you should take Natrum Mur 200.

I took Lycopodium 200 one dose two weeks back as advised. The report:
1. Sneezing: No
2. Boils: No new boils but old lumps are still there and they are quite big in size and hard. Nothing came out and they still closed. For now these are most important cause of concern
3. Cold in morning and evening
4. Lot of pimples on face
5. Dandruff in excess
Shud I go ahead and take Natrum 200 one dose as u wrote last time or anything else i need to do

I took one dose of Sepia 200 on 21st April. I dont see any difference in my problems. Infact sneezing problem is back from last two days. The acne and boils remain same. I am not taking any allopathic medicines even for my boils which are quite painful and troubling me a lot. Pls advise
