anorexia/bullimia
I am a teacher and I work with many teenage girls with self-image problems...I have a girl in me life who has anorexia/bulimia and we are trying to get her on the path of eating ...she has deep rooted image issues that are intense,of course, and she has suicidal tendencies...I am looking into some homeopathic options to help her get through the tougher moments (and there are many) both physical (the urge to vomit) and psychological ( the depression)
Any one with suggestions?

I have also a patient who is now 16 years old female patient who is suffering from eating disorder (Anorexia nervosa ) for the last two to three years. She used to eat on third to fourth day and usually eats very small quantity of snacks and potato. She is short in height and very sensitive to her look and figure. She belongs to a middle family and her parents are living very happy and romantic life, which seems affect her negativity as she follows her mother at night to avoid much togetherness of them in the in her 13 and 14 years of age. She is quite fastidious and washing his hands frequently and wants things at proper place and also do frequent cleaning of the house. She is also quite irritable with family members but not so much to others. She has interest in other sex but she is shy so keep distance to boys but seems to enjoy love and marriage relationship tales. The parents have asked me for this issue and I gave them all detail regarding anorexia nervosa and they want to treat her by homoeopathy but the girl refuse to take any medicines so ever by saying that there is no matter with her and she has no desire to eat, overall she makes her best to avoid eat as much as possible. She is very keen in taking medicine for height but due to suspect for being given treatment for his eating disorder she does not take that also. Now, she is developing generalized swelling on just eating anything I think due to electrolyte imbalance.
I reviewed her case and reached on Arsenic and Ign for her. At present I have advised the parents for Arsenic 30 and China 30 but I am not sure that whether she is taking any medicine or not.
If anybody have any suggestions that are very warm welcomed as the life of this young girl is now in danger due to prolonged starvation.
