Daer Ashish,

Thanks for the information. Are you sure there is no blockages as per the test. When was the last test done.

Please get the following medicines (make sure the bottles are sealed go for SBL brand) :

1)Cactus Q 2)CRATAEGUS OXYACANTHA Q All the above medicines are mother tincture.

You can start with Cactus Q two times a day (Morning and evening),10 drops in some 3 sips mineral water. Stir with spoon and sip up slowly. Monitor Blood pressure on any symptoms of heavy head or uneasiness. So Anything over 120/80 will be considered HIGH blood pressure.

------------------------
Dietry Tips:
1) Strictly Avoid salt and spicy, oily, junk stuff, cold drinks, cold food etc.
2) She can have banana in the afternoon since she is not taking any lunch.
3) For constipation, Use hot water to clean three or four figs and then soak them overnight. Eat the figs next morning and drink the water in which they were soaked. It is beneficial if you eat the figs in the evening as well.
----------

Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Important:
1) How often do you take sorbitrate (i think it is only in case of critical period ).
2) You need to stop the Blood pressure Allopathic medicine 12 hrs before you start with cactus. Keep monitoring the BP and note it down. If you observe any sudden rise in BP after taking cactus you need to give patient cactus 10 drops in 3 sips water every 15-30 min. till the BP comes under control. Else in normal scenario 2 times a day for 1 week. First two days will be very crucial for patient analysis and how her system accepts the Homeopatic treatment. Your update will play crucial role in this.

Do update me your progress on daily bases. Stop all the other medicine (if it is not an emergency).

No need to worry all will be ok. Do not force her to do any walk or home work, let her take ample of rest. After 1 week observation we can think of any (soft)exercise routine.

Regards,
Nikkie.

Dear Ashish,
i just found ur mothers thread here now. Dr. nikkie is up to that for now so eagerly. So u should give her a chance to practice. If U need help from me thn notify me any time with mail. till thn I m remaining silence to ur mothers case.

Thanks to Nikkie for her will for good work. For this kind of patient I will prefer to have Passiflora Q or Rawolfia Q along with Catregus Ox Q. Pls concider my recommendations too Dr. Nikki.

Use to eat a small garlic each time she has a meal. It will reduce BP by expanding veins.
