epididymitis & prostrate

Hi Doctor Namaskar
i am 40 yrs old male patient of epididymitis with reactve hydrocele thickened is 24.1 mm when it started after 1 week antibiotic it was 14.1 mm now it is normal in size but alittle pain in left side and another diagnosis found prostrate size measured 41.7*32.2*35 mm( 25.8 gms ) and also i am also patient of seizure after 30 yrsbut it is under control now i have a little problem of sound sleep now i am taking some medicine for seazure & homeopathic medicine for epididymitis & other problems with suggestion of local homeopath sabal pentarkan 10 drops 3 times kali phosphoricum 12x c f 12x 4 tabs each 3 times daily rhodo 200 5 drops morning rhustox 200 5 drops night now i want to know that prostrate & epididymitis & prostrate permanently cure homeopathic medicine or need to take alopathic and also want to know about sleeping problem please suggest me abt above the matter & wat food ,fruits ,fruit juice,exercise & other activities are allowed & not allowed for me if possible send me in my mail address as register with you
