Skin Problem

Hello SIr,

Below knees, not on the calf but on other part of the leg, I have brown spots. Many small, some big as that of a 25ps coin. It starts as a small pimple, most of the time not noticeable, becomes a wound after scratching and heals and leaves a dark brown patch. Which some times becomes hard. I have irritation on these(some time). These are on both the legs. These have been there from many years. My buttock cheeks also has this, but it is uniform brown in big patches. When I sit for long say 8 to 10 hours, during bus travel, they increase. There is irritation on these. This is not season dependent or morning or night dependent. I am fair coloured guy, age 52, married, retired, earlier worked in IT industry, always in hurry to get the thing done, does not like to sit idle, does not sleep in the afternoon, sleeps well in the night, does not worry much, On BP tablet from last 6+ years (IT profession hazard), skin irritation problem with father and mother, mother had BP, does not drink, veg eater. Please help.
