-Had a pilonidal cyst which eventually drained and left three holes. I took the above mentioned remedies and it had positive effects. Now there is no pain at all. Two of the three holes healed. One hole is still open and drains red blood after the small lump just over it inflames after i take silicea 200c to close up the third hole too. I want to permanently heal and dry it once and for all!
10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
I had a pilonidal flare up in may 2011. After that i had no flare ups till now. Just painless draining every other day.

16. What exactly is happening?
I feel as though i am almost healed from inside out after being on homeopathic remedies guided. Although the last hole is still giving me trouble because i can still feel a tiny lump over the hole that fills up with blood and becomes three times its size and then drains pure blood through the open vent when i press it. Minor pain happens then. I took myristica 200c twice today again. ever since its draining even more blood along with particles.

For the 4 months that i have been on homeopathic medicines, i have been avoiding all the foods. I am unable to enjoy life in stress of this cyst. I have quit even having alcohol or athletically training because i thought it will heal faster without sweating getting in the way.
19. How does it feel like? Right now i am in total comfort. there is only one open hole/vent and there seems to be a tiny bump/sac inside that hurts very little when i press hard and blood comes out through the vent.

Myristica 200C (took two doses) and the effect was hair debris and pus came out

then Silicea 12C for three weeks (four doses a day) pus was still coming out!

Then after pus stopped coming out

then Silicea 200C (four doses)

Then suddenly pus started coming out again (the holes were still there)

I then started Calc Sulph (6X) for three weeks. Two of the three holes closed and healed.

Now again i took myristica 200c again and again. ( 2 doses) yesterday

I will look around to find this medicine as soon as possible. But if can't I will have to order online which will take time. Until then should I take any of the remedies with me? Calc sulph for no new pus formation? Anything in my desperate attempt to stop pus formation?

When I get the medicine I will take it as directed and report to you in 5 days.

It has been 5 days. I only feel positive progress. There was a bit of pain when i put a little pressure on it while cleaning. It is draining pus that is often bloody.

But the irritating aggravating sensations that i used to feel before have drastically reduced. And the sac/buildup that was white in color has slowly come to the surface while new flesh has filled the inside. Because it was coming to the surface i think i felt a bit of pain on the surface only. I am applying calendula gel after cleaning everyday. The hole seems to have getting smaller.

I feel it is healing but it is still draining pus and blood currently. Pain is gradually reducing by 10% daily.

I am also taking a very good diet of protein and vitamins to speed up the repair.

Apologies for the late reply. I finally got BV Q after days of waiting and have finished the course of 5 days.

Condition now:
There is only one hole left that is not healed from the surface, although from inside it seems healed.

Please note respected doctor that there is absolutely no pain whatsoever . But there is one tiny tiny painless lump when i press upon the area just above the hole(it is from the inside). It feels like that is a buildup of tissue or something left behind. You would know more respected doctor on what exactly it is. There is no pus coming out. No odor.

How do I get rid of the small lump or buildup or whatever it is? And finally close the hole so that there are no infections in the future? Are there any remedies that you want me to order that will slowly make this lump smaller and smaller and make it dissappear completely. I fear this lump may cause future problems if i don't completely dissolve it?

Kali Iodide 30c for one week & calendula q for two weeks. Can I take them together or finish Kali iodide first and then start with calendula q?

Also Respected Sir, I'm an athlete so i was wondering if it is okay to start exercising again? I had stopped in fear of not recovering quickly.

Also is it okay for me to start caffeinated drinks again?

It is my 3rd Day of taking the two remedies.

Current Condition: The one hole/sinus tract is still open from the surface. It is very stubborn, just not healing! I'm trying everything to stimulate its healing. The painless lump's size is volatile. One day i notice it is flattening, the next day it seems back to bigger.

Although it is still to early to say anything since it's only my third day taking the remedies, I am still positive that the remedies are working.

There is still no pain, no pus, no discharge. Everything feels normal inside. Just some very tolerable light itching sometimes.

What are your views dear sir?

In addition to the remedies, I am also applying calendula cream to the area. I am also giving myself more rest than normal. And taking adequate vitamin C to speed tissue healing.

Today was Day 6 of taking the two remedies.

Quite an eventful day.

By the evening time, there was light tingling/itching by the buttocks area. Upon cleaning, about 15 drops of light orange colored liquid came out from the hole that was open. It had odor to it but really not that terrible.

Good News! The lump size has reduced by 80%!

Please advise on what you think about this respected sir.

I am still taking the remedies and cleaning with calendula Q.

I'd like to thank you again for your patience and help.

Some more pus came out on the 7th day evening. As I pressed more, more came out but the lump has almost vanished. The color of the pus in the next morning was yellow clear. Wasn't much in quantity.

Kali Iodide 30C - for seven days

Calendula Q - for 14 days

I have finished the seven days of Kali iodide 30C. Do I continue taking it along with Calendula or only take Calendula Q by itself now?
