freezing cold abdomin
What can you recommend for me as my abdominal area is freezing cold? It's so cold it aches.I had the same many years ago while still in the throws of menstrating. Now I have been some 5 years or more without a period, though thyroid problems (hypothyroidism & adrenal fatigue) came to me in it's stead.
I do not if this falls under the same remedy umbrella but my big toes are numb and my other toes are in pain. My hips hurt, ankles. Dizzy, very dizzy. Sometimes my knee(s)-one or the other- give out and I lose that leg momentarily- the same with my ankle- generally the left one.
Recently, I have been unable to say what I was thinking- i.e. I want to say 'What a cute kitten.' instead, what comes out is, 'What a cute kitchen.'- this type of thing happens often now, and transposing numbers- 1079 is 1097. Sometimes, I don't know what I am doing- like, I need to open the refrigerator and I'll open a cabinet instead. I forget how to drive my car for a moment and have to force my brain into the area of driving a car to get the info I need - whereas previously it was/is 2nd nature to drive.
I am 60 years old and only take Armor thyroid and high blood pressure medicine.

desire sour: love lemons and limes, marinated artichokes, pickles
Not too thirsty at all
Born with mapped tongue- all creases and crevices.
BP with medication 140/70
BP without medication 210/130
What is happening now?- Weight on my chest- no ability to walk stairs or do yard work- always exhausted- always want to lay down in bed.
How do I feel? Like I wouldn't mind dying.
How does this affect me? It makes me sad, lost, alone, self- pitying. I am suspicious
I am quick to take offense by those I don't trust but I am still gullible and mostly trust people- I call myself stupid b/c of this- a rosey glasses look on the world- but I am waking up now
One situation that had an effect on me?- My grandfather sexually molesting me.
My mother telling me she was raped to get pregnant with me.
My father holding me up by my ankles and spanking me when I was 6 weeks old b/c I wouldn't stop crying, beating me as I grew up; pulling curlers out of my hair, throwing me against the wall, kicking me upstairs, hitting me on the head with a broom stick and more.
What comes to my mind? How did it feel? *See answer to previous question. Also: I AM INCENSED WITH INJUSTICE!! I go out of my mind when I see injustice. I want to harm the perpetrator, intensly.
What sensation do I experience in that situation? The sight of mayonnaise makes me sick to my stomach. I'm deathly afraid of flies (the insect). I would like to disappear.
Habits or actions: I am in the habit of touching people, almost compulsively- I have to control myself.
Driving fast. I get car sickness even if I drive slow. Can't allow anyone else to drive.

I curse a lot. I'm angry and exacting. Then, conversely, I am easy going-

I used to be the girl with the smile. I won 'Most Mischievous' at school. I had teachers and students laughing
even though I was being beaten up at home and made to raise my brother and sisters at a young age. Now I see more clearly the horrible way I was treated and I am angry, sad, disappointed.
QUESTION 37: My periods were regular. My PMS extreme. I was extremely angry, screaming, sad. At times I felt like I wanted to pull my body apart, use my bare hands and rip into my cheat and pull my ribs and flesh apart. I felt I would feel better if I could do that. My menses was 8 days of heavy flow. I felt better as soon as the period started. Felt like the sun had come out on a dark, stormy day.
My last period was about 5 years ago.
