My problem-effects of sexual excesses

i am 29 unmarried, male ,height 5'10',weight 53kg...I have following main problems...
(1)Humming/Ringing in Left ear(increases after masturbation or physical work).
(2)Itchy scrotum and pubic region.Pubic hairs fall and also falling of hairs on head.
(3)Heaviness of Head or slight pain in head( in back of head or top of head or in temples)
(4)Diminished sexual desire and erections after sleep(but not always)
(5)Cracking of joints like joints of fingers,knees and hands.
(6)very thin and emaciated look,bad digestion,do not feel hunger,release of very foul smelling gas, upper part of abdomen feels as if there is gas in it because it feels full
(7)Watery semen
(8)Cold hands and feet sometimes drops of sweat in palm(hand and feet)
(9)slight pain in lower back and i lack interest in anything.I never sit in an erect posture.
(10)I think i lack love for my loved ones,i m also not very social.
(11)My skin is very unhealthy and have loose skin(lack of tightness) and it lacks glow otherwise i have a fair complexion but do not look fair because of unhealthy skin.my beards are very soft and little and only little hair on my chest.When shaved people think i am a 18 year old guy who is starving.i am also a little shy(i think it developed due to masturbation)because when i feel healthy i feel bold.Also my father and uncles are also very bold and do not fear talking to anyone or doing anything.
I also want to tell that i took sulphur 200 once a week for a month(stopped now). I also used to think a lot and used to feel very bored and used to walk somewhere else alone to pass the time but this symptom reduced after i took Lachesis-200 3 doses every three days.A little bit of history...I have been a very student in in school and i think i m very intelligent but but due to excessive masturbation( started from the age of 8 and whenever i masturbated i did it 3-4 times spanning few hours.And a whole lot of problems arose due to that and now i have a lost career i am not very confident sunken face and faced digestive problems from early childhood.I am not gaining weight and feel weakness.I think my father also suffered from problems due to sexual excesses and i think he is also a very lustful person though he controls it very much and is known in society as a very moral person and he is also very intelligent.
If you understand what my symptoms are please help.I have been to two doctors(homeo)one treated me for two years and another for one year but i couldn't gain my health.I think i have never been healthy( though i once took, about five years ago, one dose of sulphur 200 one dose and acid phos-30 daily for two moths and during that period i didn't masturbate and at that time my symptoms were different and those medicines helped me a lot and i felt very bold and bright, gained weight and my face had a glow in it and was very attractive but i soon started masturbating furiously as i was thinking about sex all the time and sson lost all the health i gained).
