Anorectal Abscess

I have had anorectal abscess 5 times in 2 and a half years now (average once per 6 months). The location of the abscess is just next to my rectum and it has been around the same area. Each time, I've had to undergo incision & drainaige under full anaesthetics. After consulting various doctors, having blood tests, and having a colonoscopy, I am still left with no answer as to why I keep having these recurring abscesses. I would be very gratefull if anyone can give me advice on why this happens and how to prevent further abscesses. Thank you.
