I AM SUFFERING FROM GERD AND NOT GETTING RELIEF FROM ALOPATHIC MEDICINES SINCE LAST ONE YEAR. AFTER CONSULTING VARIOUS DOCTORS, I HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE STYLE AS PER THE FOLLOWING:
I have
started to take smallest quantity of rice at 8.30AM and in the evening
same quantity at 7.30PM. After completing my day to day work at home I
used to go to my bed at 11.30P.M. Following items are now out of my
daily food list:
a)Coffee, alcohol, excessive amounts of Vitamin C supplements
stimulate gastric acid secretion.
b)Antacids based on Calcium carbonate have been found to actually
increase the acidity of the stomach.
c)Foods high in fats and smoking reduce lower esophageal sphincter
competence; so avoiding these tends to help.
d)Large meals.
e)Carbonated soft drinks with or without sugar.
f)Chocolate and peppermint.
g)Acidic foods, such as oranges and tomatoes.
h)Vegetables like onions, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach.
i) Milk and mild based products.
j) I am an Vegetarian and also I have also left Ghee/Butter etc since 1996
k) Routin check up (Quarterly) of TSH/Blood Suger/Lipid Profile is on
and all are normal except Trigliceride (187 as on 25th August and
taking Fine Heart one tab daily since June,2011)

aFTER TAKING MY MEAL, i COULD NOT WALK MUCH DUE TO A PAIN NEAR CHEST AND I COULD NOT SLEEP AFTER MEAL IMMEDIATELY DUE THE SAME. TAKEN NUX VOMICA 200 AT BED TIME FEW DAYS AND IT GAVE ME RELIEF WHEN SLEEPING.
WILL YOU PLEASE SUGGEST MEDICINES FOR PERMANENT RELIEF
