Left sided hydroureteronephrosis due to bladder out let obstruction?

This the ultra sound report of me. I am not interested for surgery. please advice.

1. Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and echo anatomy. Left kidney shows dilated pelvi-calyceal system with dilated ureter. No calculi noted. Right kidney: 11.3 x 4.4 cm. Left kidney : 13.2 x 5.0 cm.
2. Urinary bladder is well distended with thicked walls measuring 6mm with prominent trabeculations. There is an irregular mass close to vesico-ureteric junction on left side measuring 3.3 x 3.8 cm.
IMPRESSION: LEFT SIDED HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS DUE TO BLADDER OUTLET OBSTRUCTION.

MASS IN THE URINARY BLADDER (MALIGNANCY OF BLADDER) PROSTATOMEGALY.
