cloudy urine and little pain

i fill some cloudy urine and little pain while urine cames out and some time when the stool pass plz tell me what's going on and what treatment i need thanx

My urine report show everything normal other than Pus Cells: 4-6 Epithelial Cell 2-4

Please take cantharis 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next few days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanx kadwa for the medicine i use three days and my pain while doing urine is almost finished and need to go toilet again and again is also end now the urine is normal but today when the stool pass a transparent kind of gel came out instant of urine some times i feel little pain kind of thing in penis while the stool or try to make stool pressurizing to come out plz tell me what i do now u say that watch the result after 3 days how many days i need to watch and how i know that my infection was clear do i need the urine test again.

I have constipation problem too last month i take some medicine for constipation after 10th day of treatment suddenly i feel pain in anus its some kind of bavashir i take homeostatic medicine for 15 days and the pain finished now plz tell me what i do, do i need more treatment for the bavashir if use than plz tell me the medicine and also tell me the medicine that help me to make stool routine.

I am waiting for the response from your side as soon as possible thanx once again.

Please don't take remedies for minor problems. Please take fiber rich diet, avoid spicy food, eat more fruits and have more vegetable in your diet.
Please do exercises regularly.
