Blushing, Clammy hands & feet

Evening all,
This is my first post, and to be honest- my last resort at some turn around for myself.
Im currently a uni student and have lots of work, including presentations. I will without fail, blush and go bright red when under pressure. This also happens when I drink alcohol- normally after 1-2 mouthfulls of beer, within 20 minutes i will be bright red. People comment on this, hence making me more red. However, within an hour or 2 this goes.
When I do a presentation/interview, the redness lasts for alot longer after- upto an hour and a half after the actual 'stressful situation' has finished.
I also have sweaty/clammy hands and feet all the time, regardless of the situation I am in or temperature outside. This has affected relationships as I girlfriends dont want to hold a sweaty hand.
Finally, I have big dark circles under my eyes which make me constantly look tired and drained. Is there something that can help me? I'm a 22 year old male. Thanks for your time.

*Extreme blushing, clammy hands and feet, dark under-eye circles, often feel tired, loose bowel after coffee or more than 1 tea, sometimes bad smelling breath (according to friends, smells like fart, red face/blushing after alcohol

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
*Extreme blushing from around the age of 16/17yrs old, clammy feet and hands from 13/14yrs old, dark circles from around 6/7yrs old, often feel tired from around 16/17yrs old, effects of coffee within the last year, bad breath from 19/20yrs old. Alcohol rash, more prominent in winter but started roughly at 17/18yrs old.

11. Diabetic or non-Diabetic
*Non diabetic
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt
*sweet
13. Thirst
*Not often thirsty, but often feel dehydrated so force myself to drink 1-2 litres of water
14. Tongue and Taste
*Tongue often white (i try to scrape this bacteria off during my normal teeth brushing)
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine)
*Unsure- without medicine and never been a problem

16. What exactly is happening?
*Extreme blushing: often occurs when in an awkward/embarressing situation- i feel the blood rush to my face and my cheeks turn really hot. I then get more worried about my appearence so get even more blushed. This recently happened during a vital degree presentation and i lost marks due to 'confidence in presenting'.
*Clammy hands and feet: begin pretty much as soon as i wake up. I have my morning shower, and within 10 minutes of drying and dressing myself, hands and feet begin perspirating.
Dark under-eye circles: these are stubborn and do not seem to improve with more/less sleep. They definitly get more prominent when sleep deprived and sometimes seem less obvious as the day goes on and i wake up more. They are still very obvious, but a slight improvement.
*Often feel tired: no reason in particular, just if I was to lie down at anypoint throughout the day, I could easily be asleep within 10 minutes.
*Loose bowel after coffee or more than 1 tea: after a coffee, I can feel my stomach turning within 45 minutes where i need to excrete quickly. This is often very loose and gasey. After about and hour and a half-2hrs after coffee, i begin feeling very anxious and 'down'- i guess due to the caffeine wearing off.
*Sometimes bad smelling breath (according to friends, smells like fart: more often than not, first thing in the morning.
*Red face/blushing after alcohol: after maybe 2 or 3 mouthfuls of beer/wine, my face will go blotchy red, soon my whole face, neck and throat are bright, warm red. Within an hour and a half-2hrs it dies down and goes back to normal

17. How do you feel?
Embarrassed and self conscious
18. How does this affect you?
Really reduces my self-esteem and confidence. This affects intimate relationships with girlfriends, and is definitely affecting my degree. Not only this, but the blushing really impacts upon my social life as Im always worried about people commenting on my red face.

19. How does it feel like?
Trapped mainly
20. What comes to your mind?
That I am going red- which ultimately makes me more red. Or, that people notice these ailments in me thus making me self conscious
21. One situation that had a
big effect on you?
* Recent big presentation for my degree- i went bright red i guess due to anxiety. However, this resulted in me loosing marks due to confidence in presenting.

22. How did that feel like?
* Cheated, as I was confident in the presentation, just not confident or in control of my physiological response
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation?
* blood rushing, warm/burning face and increased perspiration in hands and armpits

24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand (Habits or Actions)?
* when perspiring, i often rub the together to thin the sweat, or rub them on my trousers to try and reduce the moisture.

25. Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past?
* N/A

26. Family Background
* Youngest of 4 brothers, mother with new fiance, dad deceased
27. Educational Qualifications of the patient
*GCSE's, A-levels and in final year of degree

28. Nature of work, what do you do for living?
*student

29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food
* sweet foods, fried foods, potatoes and bread

30. Name of foods which increase your problem
*Not really foods that stimulate the blushing, often its drinks- ie alcohol, beer and wine
31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not , you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections.
* try to be everyones friend and hate confrontation- in fact, confrontation will also make me blush! I enjoy public speaking when i know i wont blush. Quite relaxed most of the time, but easily stressed out.

32. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& Amelioration (Decreases)
* winter seems to enhance blushing
33. Attached here your photographs of the affected area. (if required/optional)

34. Location of the disease
*blushing= face, neck, throat and chest
* dark eye circles= under eyes
* perspiration= hands, armpits and feet
35. Side of the problem (Right or Left), (Upper or Lower part of body)
* right armpit seems to sweat more than left
36. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc.
* Stool= dark after coffee, normally a standard brown
Urine= dark yellow first thing in the morning, yet turns clear/pale yellow within an hour or 2 of waking up and drinking water.

Good morning
I've been taking the Nux Vomica for the last 4 days before bed. I dont seem to have had any improvement from it in regards to blushing and perspiration. My flat mate has just moved back into his room and when i went into the kitchen just now to get some breakfast, i instantly started to flush because of his parents being there! Am i doing something wrong?
