Increase Appetite & Weight
I am 35 years old and having only 55kg weight with 5.9 feet height. I could not eat even one chapati at a time, i did not feel petite in whole day and when feel i could not eat after two or three bites. Please suggest me any Homeopathic Medicine so that i can gain weight and increase appetite.hmyasir on 2012-01-14

-I am married male.
-No there is no disease or illness, i am physically feeling strong.
-No i do not know the cause
-One or Two toast in morning with One cup of tea, One chapati with meat, beans or vegetable in lunch, hardly One chapati with meat, beans or vegetable in dinner. No hard work, no exercise almost 8 hours sleep per day.
-No regular stress
-I am married male.
-No there is no disease or illness, i am physically feeling strong.
-No i do not know the cause

thanks. Stop taking tea. Replace with diluted milk (add Complan, Horlicks or like, a litte for taste). No Avoid meat in the night, it is hard to digest, when taken at night.
Do excercise for a few minutes every evening. Skipping rope for 5 to 10 minutes is a very simple but effective one. You can bike for 30 minutes. You need to follow this.
Day 1: Take Calc Carb 30 - 1 dose in the night.
Day 2: Take Phosphorus 30 - 1 dose in the morning and Lycopodium 30, 1 dose, in the night.
Day 3 to Day 7: Every night, take a dose of Lycopodium 30, before going to bed.
Write back after a week.

Followed your instructions however started prescribed medicines on last Tuesday. Tomorrow will be the last day, but there is no change in my appetite. Please advice next.

You mentioned that did not see a difference in the appetite. Is you eating ability also same. Are you not able to eat better now?
