diabetes and hypertension
my husband is 40 yrs living in indiahe having heaviness or pain in chest ,feels very tired
constipation off and on
burning pain in anal region after passing stool
indigestion it is since 6 month
he is diabetic and hypertensive controlled by allopathic antidiabetic and antihypertensive medicines
he is very talented, active very passionate, care for each person in family but some time very irritable but soon calm .thirst ,appetite ,sleep all normal
eating non veg food increases constipation and heaviness in chest.

please suggest some remedy to conrol his diabetes ,constipation and pilesproblem

Please give him three doses of Sulphur 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects in a week. If there is no relief please give him Nux Vomica 200 in the same way and see how it goes.
