Hoarseness With Swallowing Problem

I've had some pain swallowing over the past few years. It would be like a part of the swallowing tendon would cross over and I'd have to manually return it to its place. This would happen really very infrequently - maybe 1 or 2 a year.

Last week I drank a bit of liquid that went down the wrong tube. I tried to clear my throat nothing worked. There was no pain, just a very disturbing sensation of something gone down the wrong tube. No coughing or phlem.

Now it's a week later and I am hoarse. There is a very minute amount of pain, no coughing, no bronchial sounds. Just the hoarseness. Swallowing is just slightly sore. What remedy would address this?

Maybe of note there was a finding in my heart of RBBB - just recently. Thank you so much for your help.
