Hormone Balancers

Are there any remedies that balance the female hormones progesterone and estrogen?

My Blood work shows I am deficient in both, and I refuse to go on synthetic hormones.

Thank you in advance kindly advise.

I believe Sepia would be a good remedy for what you are describing. I am a beginner at homeopathy but I do know my fair share about hormones since I am a senior year biochem. student. Also, I have experienced their ill effects due to hormone balance.

On another note, I would seek out a prescription for natural progesterone cream compounded by a pharmacist. This can be done by any doctor but the naturopathic docs are more likely to do this. It must not be synthetic progestin or other synthetic progestogens. This will help produce the necessary hormones that you are deficient in without causing harm.

I would wait for someone who has a lot more experience with homeopathy than I before going ahead with Sepia but I would suggest that you research it anyway.

Best of Luck,

Pulsatilla is a good remedy for the hormones. But in homeopathy, it is always better to get a remedy which matches the patient's symptoms, so it will be better if you can describe your symptoms. Also include your likes, aversions, emotional makeup, sleep , dreams, sleep position, thirst, perspiration, menstruation, your preference for hot or coldthermal state, any other things you would like to say about yourself , habits, occupation etc

Not well known but the range of glandular remedies are very useful.
The best for balancing is Pineal 6x one tab daily for 5 days.
