Fast Heart Rate

I'm an other-wise healthy, thin, 26-year-old mother of two who has been experiencing palpitations since my last pregnancy 2 years ago. Checked out and found t have some premature ventricular contractions (pvc's), but has gone to the ER 3 times in 2 weeks for racing heart (190bpm) and short of breath, dizzy, weak, ect. Was diagnosed with mitral valve prolaspe and heart isn't pumping as 'well as it should'. My resting heart rate has ALWAYS been fast - in the 90's, now with observation it's between 90 and 120, raises significantly with any movement. Was put on low dose of beta-blockers, but I'm wary to take because I already have very low blood pressure (average 100/60). Can anyone help? Lots of things have been ruled out - caffeine, anxiety, exercise (haha - I can't walk across the room without getting my heart up to 150!!), thyrhoid. I'm still nursing my son and just don't feel comfortable with western medicine - especially after all these tests and they don't know what's going on! I am seeing a chiropractor to try to help my autonomic nervous systme but I need relief NOW - this is definitely a constant thing - at sleep my pulse will drop to the mid 60's or 70's but not always. Any referrals in New Jersey would help, also.
