How to avoid getting aggrevated from sulphur ?

Hi
All Homeopaths ..
I am taking sulphur 200c in liquid form. I know i am getting aggreviated since sulphur proving comes up. Last time took one dose daily for 5 days. Each dose is 2 drop of sulphur in 1 cup of water then sip that water slowly. Now i have stopped , its being 2 week and all aggrevation gone ( subsided as time passed ). Like to know gentle dose and how long ? When to stop ? when to resume ?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You are taking far too much. Who has given you those kind of instructions?

You should be taking a single dose and waiting to see the effect. Your homoeopath should then be assessing the response to see what step is necessary to take next.

If you are getting a proving, there is a good chance that the remedy is not correct for you at all. Do you understand the difference between a proving and an aggravation? They are very different reactions and mean different things to the treatment of a patient.

Are you self-prescribing? This is very dangerous to do as eventually those side effects can become permanent. Overdosing with homoeopathy carries grave risks, and using the wrong remedy repeatedly can damage your health.
