severe chill in winter season

Hi all, this is winter season now a days and here is very cold. my body often shivering with cold. also my hands become icee cold. i m very upset. is there any homeo or bio remedy to warm my body quickly without any other side effect because i m not sick as well...plz...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take aconite 30c a few doses sparingly whenever you feel very cold but be sure to put on woolen clothes.

thanx sir for reply i do take aconite often and wear warm clothes but i feel v chill still more than normal. perhaps i have low vital heat. so i want some other remedy to warm my body. can u hlp me more. plz

Try Calc.carb 200c single dose.After that try calc phos 6x,5 tab twice daily for 15 days.

That isn't really how homoeopathy works. We can work to cure some kind of weakness you have, but the remedies don't specifially warm the body.

A lot more information would need be be gathered if you are looking for a cure to some problem.

If it is just generally cold, and everyone is suffering, then this is just a normal reaction and cannot be cured by homoeopathy.

If you are colder than other people, and it makes you suffer more than others, or creates other kinds of symptoms and problems for you, then this is part of your chronic disease for which homoeopathy is expertly suited.
