Hears own breathing and popping

My son is in Canada. This winter he had developed problems in right ear including bacterial infection. The infections is gone but now he hears his own breathing and a lot popping sound. These sounds are quite disturbing.

What are possible remedies?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Beledona, Thiosineminum, Causticum and Aurum met any one of them may cure him but have to know his more physical details to select perfect one.

Thanks Dr. Showrav.

His problem is due to Problem in Patulous Eustachian tube. The Patulous tube problem at his age can happen due to loss of fat tissue (weight loss), muscle or dehydration/dryness. Weigh loss, Dehydration, Caffeine (loss of water), Exercise, Hormonal Changes (surface tension) and lack of saliva from Parotid Gland can cause this problem.

However trigger is coldness.

He has less saliva secretion from Parotid Gland (confirmed).

I asked him to evaluate Pulsatilla (corrects oil assimilation), Causticum (corrects muscle deplition) and Reckeweg Bio 92 (can correct Parotid problem) and get back to me so that these medicines can be tried). He is close to Puls and Caust, although never used.

The description above is more based on clinical facts, but describes problems more accurately. I'll keep in mind other medicines suggested.

Thanks again.
