Homeopathic cure for stab wounds?

Hello Everyone,
I need some urgent advice. A week ago, my brother got stabbed by a mugger while he was returning late from his work. He was stabbed on the left side of his upper-back region. The knife probably reached his ribs and stopped as he claims. He says that he does not feel any heaviness in the chest or any difficulty in breathing. We are still unsure if the wound reached the thoracic cavity but he says he does not feel it that deep. He is currently undergoing allopathic treatment. The problem is that his body is not responding very well to the treatment. Its been a week and it seems that Pus is being formed in the wound. He cannot move his arm and he says it feels stiff.
The depth of the wound cannot be determined right now, as his doctor has suggested that it's possible only through CT Scan after the stitches are removed; although the doctors have opined that the wound has not penetrated the ribs or thoracic cavity.
My question to the experts here is:
Can homeopathy help in healing his wound? If so, can he take the homeopathic medicines along with the allopathic drugs he is currently using? If by any chance the wound has reached the thoracic cavity, can homeopathic medicine still cure him?

If homeopathy can cure this, we will take him to a good homeopathic physician ASAP.

Thanks in advance.
