Help with some chronic symptoms (depression/anxiety, migraines, ER)

Hello All,

I've had some chronic symptoms for many years and have tried practically everything to heal/manage them.

Chronic symptoms:
Migraines - 26 years - been diagnosed as atypical migraines because I don't get dizzy, have issues with light, noise, et al.

digestive issues (bloating) - this is much better,

depression/anxiety/moodiness -
I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). There is a constant worry/concern going on all the time. Some times it manifests as fear in my heart area.
Depression I've had as long as I can remember. It obviously is connected to other health conditions, when I feel bad physically, I get depressed.

Fatigue - this has also gotten a lot better. I have very low Vitamin D. Been taking a vegan D3 for four months, which I think is helping.

Low libido - some issues with erections as well. I've had this for as long as I can remember.

I will be 44 years old next week. I am 5'10'' and 175 lbs. I walk my rescued beagles twice a day for a total of 40 minutes a day and lift weights at home three days a week. I am an ethical vegan, for close to 5 years. I eat a very clean diet - no oil, sugar or added salt. Little to no processed foods.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very appreciative.
