Stinking axilla - please

Please anyone this has been going on for a year and many remedies still no improvement
Stinking axilla with moisture and intermittent fever that seems to start in torso and rises to head. Beading sweat on forehead and under eyes. Patient is despairing of a cure, seems to be some bladder/kidney involvement, somedays lack of urination. Not a very thirsty person. Craves sweets. Enlarged liver and stomach hanging slightly. Has had goitre in the past with partial removal. Cesarean section and a miscarriage. Repeat tonsillitis as a child and hives after eggs, now an aversion to eggs. Likes to eat fruit and sweets and cakes. Blue eyes and fair hair. Aggravated by heat, but then sometimes feels cold. Sometimes at night has to put a blanket on to get to sleep even though the air is on, then gets hot and has to take it off. Suppressed vd.

Pulsatilla is the most likely to be of use . Give three doses of 1m, wait at least two weeks.

If things are then settled use Silica 6x twice a day for 2 weeks.

Tried Puls with no luck. I guess the most distressing symptom is the intermittent fever with sweat on head and neck, as its actually restrictive, does not want to go out especially in the summer, which she loves. She also had food poisoning once years ago that made her very sick for several weeks, it was from salami and was treated with antibiotics. She is very much like a nat sulph type, loves books, animals, nature, and doesn't socialize much as finds some people boring or hurtful, nobody bothers to understand her. Has an itchy rash in vaginal area with a small lump which seems to be coming to the surface. Back of head is itchy too.
Wine, humidity, vinegar, heat aggravates. Averse to eggs and fatty foods. Didn't have a very good relationship with mother but did with father and he died of heart attack. Estranged from siblings, both addictive types.

From what you say both the natrums may apply .
Nat Sul
but also
Nat mur.
If after checking nat mur you lean to nat sul use that.

There is a circular red patch with a puffy centre in crease between leg and private parts came up suddenly should we continue with the remedies suggested, would sulphur help with this too?

Things seem to be moving along, the smell seems to be moving from the axilla to the genital area, can a few more doses be taken to speed it up a bit or just wait?
still experiencing a few hot flushes to head but they are most definitely becoming less frequent.

Do NOT take more mediaction --- this can NEUTRALISE the good effects that are going on.
Homeopathy is like kicking over a flywheel -- once the body is started CURING ITSELF dont interfere .

Well we are not sure if it is gonna do the trick. Very itchy in private parts especially when washing, itchy head now too and the smell seems to be lingering in the axilla, this is tough, she is a bit anxious and worries it will never go away. Urine is dark yellow.

There is a lack of appetite too. Does that mean there is or was a stomach problem? she used to have gastritis, was put on those purple pill thingys a few years back, could be the start of the sweating problem.

I think the purple pills were prilosec, she had gastritis about 5 years ago, and some small breast nodes (left), but they are gone now. She also had a bout with severe diarrhea at about the same time.
We are thinking maybe we should try to make a remedy from the urine, do you think this would be a good idea?
Seems like a very complicated problem.
She is still sweating, comes in waves about every 1/2 hour rises to head, sweat on head and neck mainly. We thought it was getting better there for a while but could have been a case of wishing it was. She doesn't want to go outside most days because of the sweating.

Looks more like Sulfur now -- try one tablet of Sul 1m and await results.
