Persisent sinus problem

I am dealing with a persistent sinus problem. 56 yr old bizzy mom of 2. Had sinus issues and allergies all my life also asthma seems to be aggravated when this comes on if left untreated by antibiotics. I also have IBS C issues the past few years. I took antibiotic last week for 3 days and had diahrea symptoms so I stopped. No holding off for 4 days now taking probiotics. Had sore throat and gluey drip from back of throat. I took merc vivus a few doses..now throat is not hurting but noticed around 4am that I was getting drip yellow greenish down back of throat. Woke with no discharge. Facial skin puffy esp around eyes. I have no nasal septim (eroded due to bad surgery) I often have alot of nasal crustation due to this esp in winter. I was told that I have no frontal sinus so I do not get any pain around eyes or headache. My nose does not run at all..I just seem to notice the syptoms at night waking and trying to cough out what drips down. I know the yellow and green will get worse as days go on. I am a bizzy working mom with a 10 and 13 year old...I usually come home from work and feel esp tired like I could sleep around 2:30-4:00 pm. I am very critical and bossy want things done right away..Impatient.....so my kids and husband tell me. I tend to speak my mind ..a little more than usual these past 2 weeks. I am also anxious about my health and my familys ..somewhat more than I should I think at times. Thanks for any remedy you think may help before I need to start my next anti-biotic Liz :)
