post nasal discharge/uri/chilliness/mucous in throat/nose block

hello to all. I am having chronic upper respiratory problems for many years. many times in a year i face sour throat, common cold, pain in throat/sinus/tonsils, deposition of mucous in throat/nose etc. presently i am having mucous deposition for a couple of months which comes out in morning in black grey lumps. I feel more chill/cold than usual. for past three days I am facing headache coupled with chills whole day. this headache is frontal coupled with pain/tiredness in eyes and extreme lethargy. This reminds me of my past experiences of having severe UTI when it started with daytime chills and headache. although I am not having fever presently.
I am looking forward to help and advice from friends please.
