atrophy (mamae)

Hi sir

I want to know if there is any chance for a case of sepia, who is indiferent to men, and sex , nervous and some other sign of sepia, to enhance the mamae normal size,
can we consider it as mamae atrophy az I read it in materia medica of rajer morison? she has no mamae and she is so so thin & skinny
also she has skin problem, genital itching and dryness, with 2-3 acne,
also she has painfull coition,

If a remedy is indicated on the basis of totality of symptoms, it can work for all symptoms even if these symptoms are not there in the remedy's materia medica.
Natrum Mur which is a complementary remedy for Sepia may also help in the course of time.

so first she should take one dose of sepia then nat-m wait for 1 month !!
I mean it works for the rubric I saw in materia medica which is premature growth, ( mamae ) as well as other sympoms of sepia in her?
