This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
day 1 to day 3
Causticum 200 in the morning and evening.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

day 4 to day 10
One tablet of Ayurvedic Remedy 'Trayodashang Guggulu' in the morning and evening after meals. The tablet should be crushed and swallowed with water or licked with honey.

Please report back after 10 days.

6. Colocynth

7. Tellurium 30

8. Belladona 1M

Lycopodium 200 - Took 1 day.

i cannot find ayurvedic medicine anywhere - I am in US

sairam_hb last decade
Are you anywhere in the usa
where you can try a shiatsu massage?
I had had to take care of two
relatives with this problem who
did not want surgery- after YEARS
of going to different chiropractors
acupuncturists, physical therapy and
and other body work- the shiatsu
worked-even after just one massage
the next day he could feel looser,
less pain and move around, sit longer etc.

Same thing happened to other
relative- did all the same chiro etc
but started doing hour of
stretches every morning and after
6 months of that And keeping it
up he can now sail, ski , etc like
before.

The first person is now doing yoga
and that is fixing his entire
range of motion at the core.

It took years with other therapies
to get to what will produce
a result that holds so I am speaking
from experience here. The shiatsu
is very good results quickly and stays
and it is not like other massage which
many , many types were tried.

Not saying don't do homeopathy
but add this in and feel better.

You may take calc phos 6x instead of ayurvedic medicine. You should take 3 tablets of calc phos 6x as one dose. You should take one dose in the morning and evening.

Herniated Disc Pain Relief and Treatments Guide.

Herniated discs are a major cause of disability in people under 45.
I am one of those people.
For the past 3 years I suffer L5S1 disc hernia, the most common type of hernia.
But each case is slightly different and that makes it very difficult to treat.
In my case I also have hyperlordosis, scoliosis and spina bifida.
I have been trying countless treatments and supposed cures. I was often left in disappointment but fortunately found some sources of relief.
I'm not a doctor, just a student with lots of experience with a mother which is a doctor.
At this time, despite my efforts, I have reached a point where I need surgery.
But if I have had the experience and the knowledge I have now I could have avoided this complicated situation for sure.
That's why I made a PDF with my experience and everything I’ve investigated and used to relieve my pain over the years.

I offer this guide for FREE to those who ask me by mail to this address.

Since my insurance does not cover this type of operation I'm asking for help through the IndieGoGo platform. Through a donation you can get the PDF, “Herniated Disc Pain Relief and Treatments Guide”. Through this platform I will also answer any questions you may have about the subject.

If you share this link, make a donation or just give it a like on facebook or tweeter you’d be helping me greatly.

There I explain who I am and where I come from, watch it if you can and share it if you like it.

I have herniated disc at L4-L5.

Do not have surgery. Go to a Chiropractor or Kinesiologist.

Hi Bapu,

Shiatsu is proven to be a very effective Asian Medical Massage. You wear
clothes and they work the spine areas- they beat you up! but it is in
a good way. They unblock huge amounts of stuck energy, you leave tired
but very relaxed and it really kicks in 24 hours later.

Even the Mayo clinic ( famous clinic in usa, )on their site suggests Shiatsu
or Acupressure for depression, pain relief and it is a huge immune system
booster. It re- anchors you back into the body in a state of wellness. Very
good for people who due to anxiety or drugs, feel 'unreal' not there.
I have sent people to get this when they need to antidote a remedy, one
person had too much nat mur and was spaced out for a week, the shiatsu
put them back to normal in one session. It de-toxes people.

For people with back problems- it is amazing. Had one relative who had the
back operation- disc fused- was getting shocks -trouble moving- one
shiatsu massage and he was out doing sports. Other relatives, who struggled
for years with pain due to the back, did homeopathy, did chiropractor, did
physical therapy, the shiatsu finally stopped 90 percent of the pain-
each one builds on the other.

People study this for a few years- a Japanese man invented it 80 years ago-
like chinese medicine they can tell you in 2 minutes- this is the liver, the intestines,
the bladder meridian- they work your body like a mechanic! Acupressure is
very similar- if your energy is flowing you feel well.I have spent literally years
driving people to therapies including massage and this is the fastest, cheapest
long lasting thing I have seen. Once you get one, you just know--this is
really a good thing to do, even if well.
