Desperately need help

Dear Doctors,

I am looking for a medication because of several irregularities(not sure if they are related, seems like they are not) in my body. I am listing below all the major symptoms one by one.

1) I am 26 years old male (quite successful professionally until around 4.5 years back) but a small shocking incident induced ADHD in me and have been a victim of anxiety, lack of focus, ADD ever since. I believe a mild ADHD was always there inside me since the birth and I can correlate this to what my mother went through when I was in her womb. I tried not to let the people around me to know anyway about what I have been going through. Its always like I pretend to be completely normal but inside my mind, there is a turmoil, so bad that I can not focus, remember anything what I just saw or from the past. I cannot read/write without going blank in few seconds gap. This ADHD has affected my social, professional, family life very very badly. and since others have no idea what I am going through, its worsened. Because of ADHD, i have been badly attacked by anxiety disorder and heart rate is always high esp when I wake up or face any situation which needs utmost concentration like work/study/crowded place etc. I take Bach's rescue remedy sometimes when I feel I breathing heavily or scared. It makes me feel calm for a while.

2) From last week, I thought of taking help of Pranayam and meditation. But in a couple of days after I started doing Pranayam, I have been hearing in the right ear (very bad) internal high pitch sound like cricket insect. Its always there, when I go to bed or when I wake up in the morning. and thus, it makes even harder to concentrate and giddy-like feeling.

3) I have been experiencing shin splints for last 2 years while running. I am not overweight and pretty much in control as per my height. (height 5 9' and weight 71 kg) I am not sure if shin splints are anyway related to the other conditions I mentioned above.

4) Almost a year ago, once while running, I injured the right side of my right knee (not the actual knee) which always seems to get healed after sufficient rest but when I start the physical activity again, it hits back. Since this is again a prolonged one, I thought of mentioning it. I have been taking Ruta G 200 for this every 15 days for last 1 month.

5) There are other conditions which seem to be the side effects of anxiety and ADHD like continuous self reproach for the bad karma in the past, continuous bad or meaningless dreams when asleep, dark circles around eyes, hairfall, grey hair, mood swings, sullen mood etc.

I never dared to go to a doctor or psychologiest in person, but finally, I have come here as homeopathy undoubtedly has proved to be mind disorders' cure and hoping I could find shelter in it from what I have been going through.

Doctors, I seek your help. I shall be very much grateful to you if I can ever come out of this elusive state of my mind.
